Hi,

dieses Thema würde ich gern mit ein paar Worten weiterführen: sicherlich wird sich in Rumänien einiges in die Richtung Europas (m.a.W. der EU) ausrichten. Ob es in Rumänien aber eine Kehrtwende geben wird wage ich zu bezweifeln. Als Beispiel kann man durchaus die ländlichen Regionen Spaniens, Portugals oder Süditaliens anführen, dort spielt ähnlich wie in Rumänien der Glauben eine große Rolle, unverändert sowohl vor als auch nach der EU. Möglicherweise liegt das aber auch daran, dass dort die Gewissheit und die Realisation der EU langsamer gewachsen sind. Vergleichbar ist ebenfalls, dass in den genannten Regionen eine weit verbreitete Abneigung gegenüber der europäischen Gemeinschaft vorzufinden ist - ebenso, wie sich diese Abneigung auch in Rumänien langsam unter den Menschen breit macht. In persönlichen Gesprächen konnte ich feststellen, dass die EU dort nicht mehr (wie vor 1 oder 2 Jahren) als das Allheilmittel empfunden wird sondern durchaus als genau das was es ist - nämlich ein weiterer großer Kostenfaktor für das Land. Vielleicht war der NATO-Beitritt Rumäniens letztes Jahr der Auslöser für diese Denkweise, man hat in Rumänien gemerkt, dass alle internationalen Gemeinschaften nicht nur Geld bringen sondern viel mehr Geld kosten.

Nichtsdestotrotz bin ich immer noch der Meinung, dass der EU-Beitritt für Rumänien wichtig ist - auch wenn er vielleicht zu zeitig passiert.
